We start from three per-person, per-day base rates: ₹2,000 Budget, ₹4,400 Comfort, and ₹9,600 Luxury. That rate is split roughly 45 percent stay, 25 percent food, 15 percent local travel, and 15 percent activities, which matches how a typical mid-range Kerala trip actually breaks down.
Days are spread evenly across whichever destinations you pick. Two places over six days becomes three and three; three places over seven becomes three, two, and two.
December and January carry a 1.25x multiplier because that is Kerala's genuine peak season, when houseboat and beach-resort prices climb. June through August carry a 0.85x multiplier for the monsoon, when prices drop but some houseboat routes run fewer sailings.
